Can I use lupin flour instead of regular flour?
YesYes, but it isn't generally a straight 1:1 replacement for wheat flour. For most baking, start by replacing around 10–20% of the regular flour with lupin flour and adjust the recipe as needed. This adds protein and fibre while reducing the amount of conventional flour used.
