41gLupin Flakes toasted (refer to pack for toasting instructions)
1tspchia seeds
1tspshredded coconut
1tspcinnamon
½cupwater
⅓cupvanilla yoghurt
1applesmall - grated
Instructions
Place toasted Lupin Flakes, chia, coconut, cinnamon and grated apple in a large bowl.
Add water and yogurt and stir well to combine.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve lupin bircher muesli with extra yogurt and fresh berries.
Notes
We suggest using Vaalia vanilla yogurt due to its high probiotic count and slight sweetness.
You can use a different yogurt and it won’t affect the recipe – you may just like to add a little honey or sweetener of choice before refrigerating!
