olive oil
for drizzling
Instructions
Add Lupin Flakes to 3 cups of hot water and bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes then strain.
Place Lupin Flakes and all other ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
You may need to add up to a ½ cup of water to achieve a creamy consistency.
Dip will thicken on standing. If you you feel it is too thick, just add extra water and blend.
Notes
Serve:
Drizzled olive oil and sprinkled with paprika.
