These are the absolute best! Using them for meal prep every day and feeling great ?

  2. Julia MacDonald (verified owner)

These are amazing. I made some splits and ham soup in the pressure cooker and it turned out really well.

  3. David Fienberg | Managing Director, The Lupin Co (verified owner)

Hey Julie – Yum, soup from a pressure cooker – great solution. You can also simply soak overnight then a 2 hour simmer is also an option for using the splits…a Dal in Divali terms

  4. Sally Phillips (verified owner)

I love using splits to make tempeh – we eat this twice a week and it is a great source of plant protein. I make it for the neighbors as well!

  5. David Fienberg | Managing Director, The Lupin Co (verified owner)

Wow another Tempeh maker – well done Sally. Making Tempeh is a real artisan skill and you obviously have that skill. A two thousand year old food technology and it still lasts today – it must be good for us.
We make a Thai Red Rice and Lupin Tempeh alongside a Lupin only tempeh – our small client base loves it…keep up the good work …love to see some photo’s?? – Best regards – David
