Lupinola protein rich cereal with roasted Ginger is an excellent delicious cereal. Currently enjoy sprinkled over a bowl of hot strawberries. It’s like having your favourite crumble without the carbs. Highly recommended.

A very nice alternative to carb rich oats or puffed grains when trying to reduce carb intake. I combine a few spoonfuls of this with some pepitas, hemp seeds, chia seeds, berries, soy milk and kefir/coconut yogurt – very tasty!

Hi Rosey – thanks for the feedback on the Lupinola with Ginger. Developing this variant from our original Lupinola was a bit of a challenge but Ginger is always a good addition to any cereal for my liking. All the best – David

So far I have only added this to poached quinces and yoghurt, but it adds a nice crunch and ginger flavour. If I have it for breakfast, I will need to add some fruit and nuts, to boost the flavour a bit more.

This is AWESOME for putting in chocolate bars with the addition of a mixture of other seeds and cranberries.
