Lupin TRI COLOUR PASTA Technical Data Sheet

Origin: Western Australia, Australia

Product Description:

LupinQ™ Tri-Colour Pasta is manufactured from Australian Sweet Lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) flour. Three separate batches are produced: Natural Lupin pasta, Spinach Lupin pasta (2.5% spinach powder inclusion), and Beetroot Lupin pasta (2.5% beetroot powder inclusion). Each coloured pasta is extruded and dried independently before
blending to create the final tri-colour product. The lupin flour component is milled from the endosperm after dehulling and processed mechanically to preserve protein
functionality.
