- All wholesale discount codes are issued annually and are subject to review each year.
- Wholesale pricing tiers are based on order value and purchasing activity.
- The Lupin Co. reserves the right to adjust or revoke a wholesale tier at any time if minimum order values or purchasing expectations are not being met.
- Discount codes are linked to the approved email address and business account provided during application.
- Wholesale discount codes are not to be shared, transferred, or used outside the approved business.
