Recipe by Dee Guerrero @this_consciouslife / Plant Based Nutritionist / Serves 1-2

Ingredients

¼ cup Lupin Flakes
¼ cup Organic rolled oats
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 medium apple
Water and/or plant mylk
Toppings of choice: coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, peanut butter

Method

1. Place all ingredients, except for toppings and sweetener (maple syrup/honey), in a pot and cover with water.

2. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until water is soaked up, if you need to add a little more water then do so. Alternatively, you could cook with plant mylk for more of a creamy taste.

3. Top with your toppings of choice and drizzle some maple or honey on top!
