I have been on keto diet for 3 years and the crumbs for snitzels etc are expensive, not only are Lupin flakes cheaper but they are tasty and make excellent crumbed chicken, steak and cauliflour bakes. I love this product wish I found it sooner would have saved a lot of money.

Wow another Tempeh maker – well done Sally. Making Tempeh is a real artisan skill and you obviously have that skill. A two thousand year old food technology and it still lasts today – it must be good for us.
We make a Thai Red Rice and Lupin Tempeh alongside a Lupin only tempeh – our small client base loves it…keep up the good work …love to see some photo’s?? – Best regards – David

Hi Tinal – really glad to read you like the flour. We spend a lot of time selecting our lupins before and after harvest to make sure we get that no-bitter taste which is fairly well known with lupin generally. Love to hear what you make with the flour??? Best regards – David

Hi Rosalie – so glad to read you enjoy the Lupinola. Breakfast for me is the main meal of the day, especially if we have a long day in the mill or on the road with our lupineering :-). do you combine plant-type milks or yoghurt with the Lupinola – love to hear of your brekkie design? All the best – David

Peace Courage –
The pasta helped me overcome my bread craving by giving me that chewy sensation when I ate it. It tastes bland like ordinary pasta – maybe a bit more like a protein powder flavour. I might rebuy it, but it has a dry texture and mouth feel when it’s cooked. My kids didn’t like it – but that’s not to say they wouldn’t get used to it.

Hi Peace – thank you for trying the pasta and for taking the time to share your experience with the taste and mouth feel. My suggestion is to add the pasta to the sauce so it absorbs the sauce and takes on that taste and texture. Boiling the pasta is the least best way to eat our Lupin pasta – lupin pasta does not need to be cooked/boiled… you simply need to re-hydrate it with the sauce of choice and bingo, you will love it – lots of protein and no bloating as you get from other pasta’s.

Great nutty taste and texture. Much lower in carbs and higher in protein. Perfect choice for better health options for me.
