I bought this to use with a keto diet. Am still getting to know how the flour works in cooking/baking, and have used it (+ flakes) to make crumbed chicken wings so far. It worked pretty well, but is much more dense than wheat, so will need to tweak ingredients to try and lighten a little – I think I’ll try this with pork rind next time. It browned very well in the oven, and the texture was quite close to breadcrumbs, just a little heavier.
Am looking forward to trying this out in keto breads.

3 x 5kg bags lupin flour and the value pkt , 5kg lupin flake, Lemon Pepper crumb
I’m diabetic and my daughter is celiac, I use lupin flour to make cakes and for dusting meat I’m going to crumb. I even made a boiled Christmas cake last Christmas, it turned out fantastic and Salt and Pepper Squid with the lupin flour, yum. I use the flakes for bread crumbs and the lemon pepper crumb as well. Flakes can also be put in rissoles to help keep them together, I think it works better than the old bead crumb. This product is better than gluten free flour, it tastes better and is low carb so I can eat it too. It has a better taste and flavour than normal flours. I love that’s it grown in Australia, it makes it taste even better 🙂 Still experimenting cant wait to see what I can come up with next.

I Really love this product. I have been on a keto diet and have since gone to low carb. Because of Lupin flour I can make thinks like pancakes and bread and know it is low carb plus full of nutrition. I have also noticed how it keeps me fuller too.

I was put onto Lupins by my dietician as I needed more protein in my diet. I absolutely love lupinola every morning to start my day, and the chocolate cookies for afternoon tea. They are so delicious and healthy for me.
