This is the second time I have purchased this product, this time ordering 10kg. I add to loads of my low carb recipes and it has been a successful replacement for other flours. Nice to be able to buy this product in Australia and from a great company that offers free shipping over $60.00!!

So far, really good. I’ve made some Lupin crispbread with it. It turned out great. I’ll be making lots more. The only flour in it is Lupin!! Then, you add salt, spices and oil, and top it with some seeds – sesame and nigella were great, although I’ll probably mix the seeds through next time. Then I cooked it, and later dried it in the oven to get it crispy. It’s soo good – especially no other flour but Lupin flour!! I’m stoked. I’ll probably cook it in a rectangle tin next time and cut it into squares.
I also made a couple of other breads with a mix of Lupin and Almond flours. I also dried them after cooking them. They are great too! Overall, a winner for me.
