Lupin Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 41 g Lupin Flakes toasted (refer to pack for toasting instructions)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 apple small - grated
Instructions
- Place toasted Lupin Flakes, chia, coconut, cinnamon and grated apple in a large bowl.
- Add water and yogurt and stir well to combine.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve lupin bircher muesli with extra yogurt and fresh berries.
Notes
We suggest using Vaalia vanilla yogurt due to its high probiotic count and slight sweetness.
You can use a different yogurt and it won’t affect the recipe – you may just like to add a little honey or sweetener of choice before refrigerating!
