Ingredients
  

  • 2 mango small
  • 150 ml milk of choice
  • 100 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbs Lupin Flakes lightly toasted or untoasted
  • 2 tbs rolled oats
  • 1 tbs coconut flakes
  • 1 tbs psyllium husk
  • Handful of ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy for a post workout snack or breakfast on the run!
