Mango & Coconut Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 mango small
- 150 ml milk of choice
- 100 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tbs Lupin Flakes lightly toasted or untoasted
- 2 tbs rolled oats
- 1 tbs coconut flakes
- 1 tbs psyllium husk
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy for a post workout snack or breakfast on the run!
