Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Lupin Flakes
  • 1 cup zucchini cut into chunks
  • ½ cup haloumi
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processer and blitz until well combined.
  • Form into patties and panfry on medium heat in oil of choice or ghee.
