Mango and coconut recovery smoothie

Ingredients

2 small mango cheeks
150ml milk of choice
100g natural yoghurt
2 tbs Lupin Flakes (lightly toasted or untoasted)
2 tbs rolled oats
1 tbs coconut flakes
1 tbs psyllium husk
Handful of ice

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy for a post workout snack or breakfast on the run!
