1 cup Jasmine rice
½ cup Lupin Flakes
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp salt
2 cups water
½ cup coconut milk
- Place all ingredients in the rice cooker, stir and switch on.
Yes, it’s as easy as that!
Can be served as a side for any protein dish, delicious with curries!
For a satisfying meal on it’s own scatter with toasted almonds,
coconut and chopped fresh herbs.
